Gold-bearing sand and gravel travels through feed, screen, sluice and concentrate — every stage tunable on-site without dismantling the unit.
Reloader drops gold-bearing sand and gravel into the 2500 × 2200 mm hopper. Oversized waste is rejected immediately so the screen handles only target-range material.
Double-deck Mn-steel screen vibrates at controllable frequency and amplitude, separating coarse stones from fine sand-gold ore continuously without blockage.
Fines flow to the sluice, are washed by high-pressure spray, then settle across density-difference plates. Heavy gold particles drop and bind to riffles or matting.
Concentrate is collected for amalgam or centrifugal post-processing. Optional secondary separation pushes recovery toward the upper 92 % bound.
The four design choices that separate VG150 from a static screen-plus-pump rig.
Frequency-converter drive lets the operator re-tune vibration on the fly — the single biggest lever against screen blockage and the reason recovery stays in the 80–92 % band even on muddy feed.
One unit covers dry-land, Gobi, riverbank and tailings recovery without re-tooling.
Wear parts — screen plates, sluice mats, vibration motors — are modular and swappable in the field. Saves a return-shipment in remote operations.
VG150 sits in the middle of a family that scales from small claim works up to a 400 t/h regional operation. Same control language, same wear-parts catalogue, same field training.
Four operating profiles for VG150. Send us your feed grade and water source and we will match the closest reference site.

Skid-mounted unit operates on bank or shallow water. Spray system fed by on-site pump.

Diesel-generator power option. Field-modular wear parts cut return-shipment downtime.

Optional water-recycling kit reduces fresh-water draw by up to 60 % in arid environments.

Re-screen old tailings at fine particle sizes — pairs naturally with a centrifugal concentrator downstream.
Most quotes return within 24 hours. We include capacity calc, generator sizing, container layout, and CIF pricing to your nearest port.

Self-contained towable plant — drum-screen pre-classification, jig + centrifuge expandable, 1000 × 6000 mm sluice.

Heavy-class river dredge — 40 hp engine, P1500 pump 400 m³/h, max 12 m work depth, 2-diver air supply.

Downstream pairing — recovers fine gold from VG150 concentrate at up to 98 % efficiency.
