Excavator-fed front end, drum-screen pre-classification, gravity concentration, and a 6 m sluice — every stage tunable on-site without dismantling the unit.
Excavator or wheel-loader drops feed into the large vibrating hopper. Pre-screen rejects stones over 60 cm so the drum handles only target-range material.
Ø 1.5 m drum with front-end reamer cylinder peels off clay and mud. Center + side flushing separates fines below 20 mm and prevents external mesh clogging.
Fines flow into the 1000 × 6000 mm sluice. Density-difference plates and riffles capture coarse gold; optional jig chute boosts mid-sized particle recovery.
Optional water-jacket centrifuge takes concentrate to ≥ 95 % recovery on coarse gold. Rear waste conveyor keeps tailings off the chassis path.
The four design choices that separate QRUN 1535 from a static feeder-screen-sluice rig.
Front-section reamer washing cylinder extends the wash process so high-mud feed clears the drum without stalling. Side + center flushing keeps the external mesh open continuously.
Wheeled chassis (optional tracked) tractor-towable, rotates in place, switches operating site without disassembly.
Internal liner protects the drum from abrasive feed; key wear components are made of wear-resistant alloy. Result: low failure rate in harsh placer environments, fewer return-shipments.
Same control language, same wear-parts catalogue across small (5–10 t), 50 t, 100 t and 150 t units. Add vibrating chutes, agitating chutes or centrifuges as the deposit demands.
Three operating profiles for the original Qrun cart family — plus one for re-mining historical sites. Tell us your feed type and we will match the closest reference.

The most common application — operate directly on shore as the chassis rotates between feed points.

Excavate sand layers and feed the cart directly; mobility lets the unit follow the deposit.

Re-enter previously mined pits to recover residual gold — improves resource utilisation without new excavation.

Optional water-recycling kit lets the cart operate in arid Gobi or dry-beach terrain with minimal fresh-water draw.
Most quotes return within 24 hours. We include feed-rate calc, generator + pump sizing, container layout, and CIF pricing to your nearest port.

Heavy fixed-line variant with double-deck Mn-steel screen and frequency-converter drive for higher mud-content feed.

For prospecting and double-team operation in deep / rapid water where a wheeled chassis cannot reach.

For wide-river and lake placer up to 12 m depth — 40 hp engine, P1500 pump, 20-foot container shipping.
